We conducted informal interviews and used make-tool kits of clay and construction paper to learn about the characteristics of an ideal bag. We discovered that the most important qualities are comfort, durability, and functionality

Process

Learning To Sew Picture

At the beginning of this project, I had no experience with sewing machines. My project partner taught me how. I now consider sewing to be a valuable skill in my repertoire.



Bean Bag Coating Picture

The material we used was very prone to shedding. We experimented with a biodegradable coating that significantly reduced this.
